    Fruit is healthy!! duh…in fact it’s natures perfect food for human beings.
    My diet consists of about 90% fruit and I never felt or looked better in my life.

    Honestly, you can never really eat too much fruit, due to its very low glycemic levels. Very high in enzymes, it easily breaks down in the stomach, bursting with antioxidants, nutrients, and water. Obviously if you are diabetic, you may have to watch your sugar intake, even if fruit is low in glycemic levels compared with sugar-added products.

    The experts that are saying “Fruit is bad for you” are kind of ridiculous, but i think what they’re supposed to mean is that too much fruit can be bad. Too much of anything can be bad.

    fruit is probably the best source of carbohydrates for the body!

    (besides, grains and starches may as well be sugar, and you don’t get the same nutrient variety or concentration)

    although there is more sugar in cultivated varieties of fruit, it really depends on the kind of fruit- even the same species can produce both sugar rich and sugar lean fruit. nutritionally speaking, it all depends on what’s surrounding the sugar- the matrix of fiber and nutrients. fruit is valuable!
